Oak and white wine are divinely whisked on the fragile cloud aroma. The front has little to offer until the sugar cube fuse is lit pulling the spark to the eventual white wine explosion, further emanating through the light acid and oak. Good overall.

Picked this up for about $4 on the sale rack of my local brew shop. Still real nice after all these years. Pretty tart with peach and apricot flavors. Never heard of this brewery but if I go to Ohio I will check it out

An almost perfect sour! Dry and tart, the wine barrel aging is probably gone but it’s incredibly drinkable. Aged since 2017, it’s a shame it’s the only bottle. Angie says it’s probably the best she’s ever tasted! From the source via Cherokee’s fam.
