Ça fait juste un siècle que je n’avais pas bu une barley wine et ça fait du bien ! Le caramel, le fruit confit et l’alcool qui réchauffe le tout. En plus l’écorce d’orange vient bien casser le côté souvent trop sucré de ce type de bière.
