Cascadian Common

Adopted from a historic style traced back to the California Gold Rush, the Cascadian Common is a blend of old world brewing techniques and new world ingredients. Having used components entirely from the Pacific Northwest, this brew puts a new twist on an old style that really lets it shine. Chinook Hops from Oregon and Cascade Hops from Washington provide great aromatic qualities with just a touch of bitterness. California Lager Yeast fermented at ale temperatures brings it all together with a crisp malt body.
