2020 vintage very dry and crisp, kind of fucked up and drank this after some sweeter ciders, which made it harder to evaluate ok finish, definitely a more subtle drink, but idk if the high ratings on untappd are justified (most wont enjoy that much)

Golden, no head, minimal carb. Aromas of pear, plum, oak. Very clean and crisp. Vinous, tannic and vegetal. Notes of cucumber, lemon, grass, stone fruits, white flowers. Very delicious and opens up more in the glass over time.
