Cellared Dec 2016- pours hazy gold with dead yeast floaters,exploding head & sticky lacing. Smells slight fruity. Tatse is mild fruit sweet, medium malts and next to no hops but some lingering bitters. Cellaring removed some sweets. MB. The Beer Bear on

Six years on this is still tasing great... I was worried about this aging experiment but the complexity is still here, rich and slightly bready, loads of Belgian spice character, losing its effervescence so it's good I'm drinking it now.
