Not too bad of a Saison, lemony, grassy and bright. I was expecting a little more as it is Dieu du Ciel. But then again, regardless their beers are still fantastic!

2016-05-18, 341ml bottle, bottle 2015-04-20. Pour light yellow almost white, hazy with a none lasting foam. Aroma of saison yeast, citrus and at some point, cheese. Make me think of a Saison Dupont Dryhop. Very refreshing.
