Big barrel smell, no carbonation. Sweet taste thick silky feel. Deep dark brown, light gets to the edge. Remember these were $12 a six pack. Unheard of. Drink these now, not getting any better.

This is pretty tasty for an 8 year old beer Coffee may have dwindled a bit but the booze notes are smooth part of the strong rating is for holding up well

John Skelton: David R. Unfortunately this was just from a keg on site here at the brewery for a special event! The coffee notes were all gone to me (being a 2016 beer and all), but it was tasting great. Velvety smooth with tons of bourbon flavor.
