There's an odd acidic character and tiny bubbles. Might be a slight infection. Not overly oxidized, but the sourness isn't pleasant.

Big notes of bourbon fill the air as it warms in the glass. Smooth, dark chocolate that's very well melded w/ a nice background of bourbon and barrel. Soft at this age, but quite delicious.
