We’re kicking off our European Series with one of the first beers we ever brewed. We originally released this iconic Cologne style in 2015 as an homage to our family’s German roots. This bright cold conditioned ale started with a simple blend of European malts lending a malty backbone with just the slightest hints of toasty bread, while maintaining a crisp and clean finish. A blend of German and American hops was utilized to balance the malt with delicate floral, citrus, and stone fruit hop aromas, all building upon one another to create this unassuming, highly drinkable, and refreshing golden ale brewed for the warm weather to come!
