Chocolate, coffee notes. Boozy flavors have mellowed. Aged well because despite it’s high ABV it’s very drinkable.

Cellar pull dating to 2015. Big dark chocolate with a touch of whiskey barrel coming through. Definitely mellowed on the coffee. Still warming on the back end from that 12.3% Good cellar beer other than the coffee has faded. 3.9/5 as it is now

Wow had no idea this was six years of age. Quite sweet but the elements are still nicely defined in particular the cacoa. The barrel still makes an appearance as well. Unintentionally aging had some rewards!
