Duft av eikerøyk, aske, tørket frukt&brent knekk. Klar m/ noe CO2. Velbalansert smak som duft. Ingen hint av kjeller, i motsetning til tidligere Eiche fra samme forsendelse. Noe CO2, men får likevel vinøse vibber. Kunne godt ha vært lagret lenger. 8%

Rauch doppelbock shootout, cellared vs fresh. Of course the wood used differs, but the charcuteries level is 💯 here. But very thin, not especially oxidized though. Way passed its prime, but still enjoyable.
