Way too boozy for style. That will settle with age. Vienna sweetness is starting to come through. Decently smooth malt. Carb more than ok.

Slightly overcarbed (verify dextrose). Boozy but Vienna malt sweetness is finally starting to shine. Loving it atm, mind bottle variance.

Perfect carb. Still young (Munich bite) but this particular bottle not cold conditioned. It ought to do this brew well. Clean lager in body.
Mat: Tastes pretty close to a Helles half way through, unaged, nor conditioned. That bite is a problem I'd like to resolve when using said malt.

Carb test surprisingly A-OK. Really young, which is masking the finish. This should clean up nicely with time.
