Toen ik de fles in de winkel pakte had ik niet door dat het om een tien jaar gerijpt bier ging. 3 jaar op het vat en 7 jaar in de fles. Sour IPA met uiteraard de scherpe randjes eraf door de rijping. Smaakt goed!
