WOW! Celebration beer. Had this one in the cupboard for 8 years, apparently. It’s big, bold and full of wood. Lots of brown liquor. Definitely a sipper; definitely one to share. Shame I don’t have many to share with!

I’m confused. This tastes great at 8yrs. I can see how the rum would be a little hot when fresh, but people are still rating this one low years later. Typically I’m picky about rum barrel and pretty neutral on quads. Was there bottle to bottle variation?
