Black Hole Sōn is the premier wheat ale from ZSZ Gruppe.

Named for the 2017 eclipse, at it's heart beats a blend of noble Czech Saaz & German Hallertau Hops. Added to that Safbrew WB-06 Yeast, known for providing a pleasant hit of phenols & esters, dropping in a hearty clove and banana mouth bomb.

Combining all this with our special attention to old world traditions, and one of a kind subterranean aging hall, where we make use of specialized glass tanks, this beer delivers the drinker's palate to a creamy velvet paradise, and follows up with a one-two body blow at 7% ABV.
