Caballo Blanco

Named after the ultra-marathoner Micah True, 'the white horse'. Caballo Blanco is a cloudy flavor filled Belgian Witbier, with a backbone of 2-row and wheat as well as a healthy addition of flaked grains. Mount Hood hops added early in the boil for a touch of bittering. Multiple additions of Centennial hops made including cone hops in a post-boil hopback. Traditionally spiced with coriander and further flavored with orange peel. Show Less
