Paper Plane

Our fourth hazy collaboration with Finback, Paper Plane uses a unique technique called dip hopping to accentuate fruit-forward aromatics from select American hop varietals while minimizing the extraction of allium-forward notes. We steeped Michigan-grown Chinook in hot water before transferring cool wort for fermentation, transforming their aroma characteristics. Further charging with a massive load of hand-selected Cascade from Yakima Valley, the beer is bursting with dried mango and zesty grapefruit. With a mash heavy on wheat and oats, we used Opshaug Kveik for rustic fermentation. Show Less
