Sour with Strawberry, Apple and Cinnamon

With the bounty of fall harvest now past, we wanted to celebrate the best of summer and fall together. This luscious sour is loaded up with hundreds of pounds of strawberries and all of their notes of state fair pie. We then round it out by adding loads of apple to give off notes of cider on the weekends before college football Saturdays. A kiss of cinnamon rounds everything out with just a whisper of the knowledge that the sun is sinking lower and the days are getting shorter. Show Less
