注いでいるときは薄っすらピンク色だが、グラスに入るとピンクがかった少し茶色のビール。霞んでいて先が見えない。また、泡立ちがとても良い。 香りは、ほんのり甘いものが1種類感じられる。 味わいは、紫蘇の酸っぱさと、少し苦みが感じられる。酸っぱさの前後で少し麦が感じられる。
