Had this one cellared. Celebrating a new job. I am a teacher now! Best before on this is 01/03/19. It’s still delicious. Lost a bit of its saison quality and is more like a very fruity pale. A little bit winey at the end. More to follow!

Jul 18. 440ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, July 18. Aroma brings peachy fruit, lemon citrus. Overall character relies on bright peaches, bolstered by apricot and mango, fairly sweet and exceptionally juicy with smooth textures.

A little funky, grassy, the fruit has mellowee and gone towards yellow plum, whuch does the beer good. Mellow, a tad too thick, quite classic saison.
