8.3% ABV Old/Stock Ale. A concomitant of rich malt loaf, liquorice root, dried fruit and pipe tobacco intermingle with a bittersweet tartness blended masterfully with ripe plum stone fruit yeasty esters.

Plenty going on on all senses. Dark fruits, rasins, and stewed figs. Malty, nuttiness. Liquorice root. Port and whisky tinged. All hangs around with a perpetual leather and smokey oak finish.
Very interesting flavour profile but too chewy for what I can handle
