STEMMED: Tempranillo

STEMMED: Tempranillo Blend represents an opportunity for us to utilize the beautiful grapes grown here in Arizona. Our friends at Chateau Tumbleweed helped us source a few hundred pounds of Tempranillo grown in the verde valley & a little bit of AZ grown Tannat. We de-stem in house, allow the must to rest 24 hours, and then hand press before co-fermenting with our double IPA base. STEMMED is brewed using a Sinagua Malt base, Grain R&D malted sonora wheat, & some flaked oats. Hopped very lightly in the whirlpool with Nelson. Dry hopped moderately with Centennial.
