Ever wonder what happens when Kyle from Horus pokes in and brews a beer with us? We brew the biggest stout we’ve ever done together pushing the limits of the limits of what we can really do on our 10bbl system, watching basketball in the brewery while the beer boils for an eternity. A grain bill so involved that we had to add lines on the brew log for. This beer was boiled to over 40 degrees Plato, starting its fermentation off with a super dense wort destined for barrels. The small amount we didn’t put in barrels was then conditioned on hundreds of pounds of toasted coconut, sugar maple wood, and an irresponsible amount of Tongan and Mexican vanilla beans (as if the coconut wasn’t irresponsible already.) This small release is very limited, and not intended for cellaring, so please enjoy this incredibly decadent bottle fresh! Show Less
