Coconut Swamp Stout

This one took a long time to smooth out, over 100 days. Started with a lot of astringency and overpowering oak that took months to fade.

Pilsner 2-row, pale 2-row, chocolate malt, flaked oats, roast barley, lactose, roasted coconut, vanilla bean, liquid cacao, oak cubes. Magnum & cascade cryo hops with arset kveik yeast.
