Slight bit of acidity to it, not overwhelming. Great body to it. Still very drinkable and not such a pungent aftertaste.

NVVG. Sehr schönes Teil, das im dunkle Schokolade und Kaffee Regal wuchert, sich aber aus keinem Fach zu viel nimmt und so sehr schön ausbalanciert und trinkbar bleibt. Relativ dünnes, aber schweres Mundgefühl an der Grenze zu ölig. Nur minimale Röstsäure

In der Nase passiert das was bei einem Stout passieren soll. Der Schaum hat fast schon eine cremige Konsistenz und der Geschmack ist dicht schockladig und auch leicht fruchtig. Im Nachklang verstärken sich nochmals die Röstaromen und werden rauchig.
