Over milled young malt, overly long/stuck in mash and over sparged...... Just kidding Wishbone. I'm still laughing after reading that conversation between you and that Andrew in January š Anyway. Lovely beer, crisp and subtle tartness. Easy drinking.

Just picked raspberries & raspberry jam (or raspberry laces) liberally dusted with damp icing sugar nose; taste is dreadful, to be honest, think pressure-cooked sapy twigs drizzled with cheap melted raspberry jam (itās the grainy/husky malt off flavour).
Wishbone: I give no apologies for leaping on your timeline. Its totally fair for you to comment on us and us to comment/question on your thoughts.
Wishbone: I've not had a can for a couple of months as its all sold, I have always enjoyed this beer and it has stood up well as its aged.
Wishbone: And another thing "Over milled young malt, overly long/stuck mash & over sparged Ffs" WTF?
Andrew Lord: Most often caused by the isobutyraldehyde in malt, but other aldehydes can supply the grainy character. Higher levels of these compounds are found in freshly made malt which has not gone through an appropriate rest phase before use.
Andrew Lord: This character can emerge due to malts being to finely crushed, mashing for too long a time, sparging with water at too hot a temperature, or oversparging. [From https://learn.kegerator.com/off-flavors-in-beer/]
Wishbone: We trust 'Crisp Malt' for Malting and proving us a high quality Malt. None of the other things you copy/paste were present in our process.

Very good hazy red fruity kƶln lager style. Lots of raspberry flavour with some hop in the finish. Very refreshing. 44cl can. My score 16/20.

Really wanted to like this, as it was brewed down the road from where Iām staying, but it was merely quite good, and lacking a little in power, despite the raspberry sourness.

Ben Joyce: I hope I get to try it too. Incidentally I bought another one of your beers today to drink later with the hope of reconciliationā¦
Wishbone: *Hoping you've been eating in the Cloth Store too, proper good tackle.
Wishbone: Btw... Imperial raspberry sounds like a good idea ;-)
Ben Joyce: We had lunch at Cobbles & Cley Iām afraid, but I did get some excellent coffee from the Cloth Store. V nice place.

Well this place has fell a bit on hard times, most if the cask lines are not in use same with the keg, this was one of the few in can in the fridge, not cold don't think the fridge is working. Which is a shame , used to be a good bar.
