Overaged it. A year beyond, and it's too heavy on the bourbon now. A lot of the gin and acidity is on the nose, but the finish is pure bourbon sweetness.

It’s bark is definitely worse than it’s bite. Clean sour nose, but there’s nothing gurn-inducing on the tongue. Instead it’s pretty well balanced lemon and lime and a nice hoppy hit up front. This aside, this beer is pretty clean and simple. Not bad.
