Double IPA (10 Barrel Series)

A tribute to the US West Coast, our double dry hopped DIPA is the hoppiest, booziest, most bitter beer we have ever brewed. Brewing it pushed our brewhouse to the limit. A beer this big – half a ton of malt, more than 37kg of hops giving 9.1% alcohol and 110 IBUs – was always going to be celebratory. And what better time to brew it than at the end of an incredible year for our brewery. Magnum, Columbus, Centennial, Eureka!, Amarillo and Zeus hops and a simple malt base of Maris Otter Pale and Crystal 100 combine for a dangerously drinkable West Coast hop bomb. Show Less
