Inaugural edition. I’ve been sitting on this for a LOOOONG time. Very happy to see how this experiment has turned out. Also, it’s nice to be reminded how the price of craft beer in Prague has changed (99Kc for a sour?! - oh yeah, this was the OG CZ sour)!

( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) .Hookstar: First run was only these 750mL bottles. Pretty funny that they had foil & a cage, but then a normal wine stopper that needed a tool to remove. I think they always use champagne corks nowadays

First release bottle, from 2016. So awesome ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) .. that you kept it. It was the start of Creatures and by far not the best release yet it's really interesting to see where it went with age. Not rating it for obvious reasons

Evgeny Shavkunov: Starts quite corky so needs some time to breath. The color is quite brown-ish (oxidation?) compared to blood-red of recent batches. Almost no carbonation. Dry and sour, a bit damp and vinegary but cherries are still strong here.
