Nose is all about the tonka but, it doesn't dominate the palate. Cocoa and vanilla both come through nicely. Coffee is subtle. Creamy, rich, full body and flavour. Just a gentle touch of booze from the barrel.

Really well put together. All four beans show themseves on nose and palate. Nothing dominates. Barrel adds a nice bit of depth but it's not massively boozy. Rich and warming. Lovely.
