In 2018 we visited the Funkatorium and had fresh Silencio, and we bought bottles from 2016 and 2017. This is the 2016. Much of the coffee has faded, and the tartness has intensified.

my very last pre-sellout bottle. bottled exactly 5 years ago. definitely some astringency from the coffee peaking through. the rest ain't bad at all, though.
