Et comme chez WhiteFrontier, on aime les connexions, cette version est signée Johny, notre nouveau brasseur suissocalifornien, qui y apporte un twist West Coast assumé.


Au houblonnage : Strata, Simcoe, Mosaic Cryo et Hyperboost, pour un profil aromatique intense mêlant agrumes mûrs, fruits tropicaux et notes résineuses. La base maltée reste fine et discrète, la texture est nette, le dry hop expressif mais maîtrisé.
