WLP028 Edinburgh/Scottish Ale Yeast:
This strain produces underlying esters of pear and melon, which work well with hop and malt-derived notes. Its medium to high alcohol tolerance makes it well-suited for strong Scotch-style Ales or Barleywine beers.
