Apricot Turnover

Apricot Turnover is the start of a new and experimental series, our Turnover inspired series is simply a southern tradition and we’ve been known to have a sweet tooth! This beer began as our house Berliner Weisse and then was conditioned on 1lbs per gallon of Apricots. We then added fresh whole Vanilla beans and a large amount of graham crackers!

With a flavor and aroma that matches the name you’re coerced by demanding notes of fresh apricot, cinnamon, and graham crackers. The flavor gives way to something more, a distinct tartness up front kneads you into a fresh apricot and baked graham cracker finish, truly tasting like a tart Apricot Turnover! Show Less
