Dark Steering

Built on a base of German Munich and an infusion of soft water: we’ve peppered this with loads of continental light Aromatic Malt, a very light sprinkling of Chocolate malt for colour and given this the full lager treatment. The result is a black beer with hints of brown and ruby against the light with a fluffy soft and tight knit tan foam that won’t quit. Nose of fresh bread crust emerging from the oven, black cherry and a hint of fairy cakes. Flavour matches in amongst the medium to light body. Show Less
