I know it is not a beer glass, but this not a beer beer. Very vinous from the cognac barrel. Has a sharpness to it. Maybe barrel aging a porter is not as wholly successful as barrel aging a stout.

This is a beautiful 9% abv baltic porter that was aged in cognac barrels for two years. It's boozy, malty, hefty caramel that has got more pronounced as it aged, light chocolate and figs. 😊 Baltic Porter Day 🍻 BB date is 09/12/2022
