On this visit, I ended up choosing two Stouts aged in Rum barrels, and I can taste the Rum barrels for both. This one (it's the larger pour, which they have switched for some of the beers remaining) is very clean, with some run, cocoa, & graham crackers.

Their tap list is NUTS right now, but tonight I'm just here for one. Whiner's FOBAB entry is interesting, if a little astringent. Getting tons of rum, bitter cocoa, maybe some of that graham cracker sweetness- hard to find @ 1st but emerges as this warms.
