Been sat on this a while I love a dry dabinett and I thought a few months wouldn’t hurt and they most certainly didn’t this was as dry as sandpaper and so bloody good for it. Refreshing and bitter with such a light mouthfeel despite the high abv. Brill

Orange-sparkling amber colour. Sweet fruit on the nose with wee sharp blue-cheesy funk/ sweat smell at the end. Big mouthfeel and plenty of sugar with a bitter tannin and there’s that funk again…Would like to try this with less sugar I think.
