Good. Floral like wild honey but not sweet. Touch of cinanmon, peaches, coriander, but none are added. Very complex yeast allows a lot of flavors without any overwhelming the rest. Wheat from the malt comes through but not unwelcome.

From earlier today. Perfect day for a brew. If you can’t be at the farm, have a beer from the farm. I think this is the second iteration that was bottled in 2025. Picked it up in march. Saison plus depth. The terroir-wildness was kept at bay. Quaffable.

Second taste, last had this gem going on a year ago. At another level bottle-conditioned vice draft. Belgiany, fresh fruit, gentle carbonation, mildly earthy. Grain, water, and yeast all from this farm..18 months in preparation.
