210323。因為之前印象不太好所以決定提前殺掉。深棕黑色透光度低、咖啡色酒帽量中低、質地綿細長壽。香氣的香草與穀物可可特徵飽滿，後續開心果與基酒堅果感紮實並帶少許葡萄乾與可可漿果香氣。入口酒體強健、碳酸感低、質地平順並帶少許溫和的酒感。入口風味紮實且完整、但烘烤感的末稍仍帶低度的鮮味。核心風味呈現為與香氣雷同的香草、黑可可、焦糖、堅果與綿長重焙穀物烘烤及焦香。酒花風味主要為低度木本與中等苦韻。發酵特徵主要為中度果酯與溫和的強健酒感，收尾中等，尾韻主軸為飽滿的香草豆、可可漿、酒精玫瑰與低度的棕色水果乾韻味
