Not nearly as boozy as a bottle when opened in bottling year of 2020. But I actually prefer it that way as it’s more mellow and allows other flavors to come to the forefront more than the overpowering taste of bourbon.

Aged 4+ years. Cocoa, roast, dark fruit, dark caramel nose. Cocoa, roast, dark fruit, dark caramel, light bourbon. Well balanced, though much less intense than fresh. Dark chocolate bitterness.
