Coconut Brandy Medianoche

Coconut Brandy is the third Medianoche variant created exclusively for the 2019 WeldWerks Invitational. This batch of Medianoche spent over 19 months in a freshly emptied 7-year California XO Brandy barrel, which was one of the most expressive and complex single barrel batches of Medianoche we have ever tested, exhibiting notes of creamy toffee, sweet vanilla, dark brown sugar, and candied dates. Then we conditioned the beer on 50 lbs of toasted coconut and raw coconut, resulting in a rich and decadent stout that is the perfect dessert sipper. Show Less
