“Is het nog te zoepen” deel 7. Tht 02-2023. Een hoog % barleywine zou een tijd goed moeten zijn, maar deze proeft anders dan de gelezen check-ins. Ruikt zoetig (rozijn), maar koolzuur is weg en smaak is bitterder. Maar nog wel prima. Geen rating door tht.

Het mooiste is er helaas af. Ruikt bij openen muf, en smaakt wrang. Verstopt zijn de rozijnen en een karamelachtige smaak. Deze barleywine kan kennelijk iets minder goed tegen de tijd, terwijl die slechts 8 maanden over datum is. Toch; nog best prima !
