Light Malty aromas. Crisp, bubbly with lovely silky mouthfeel. Great hop bitterness and a dry finish. As the beer warmed up I started to get a lovely touch of caramel in the finish. Very morish. It’s not a Pilsner though. It’s a Pils or Kölsch 😉
