Nice looking dark amber, some rough tan head. Smells sweet, caramelly, some raisins, barrels. Body is soft, some booze to it, could be thicker but easy. Tastes sweet, caramel, dried fruit, apple. Definitely plenty of barrel; sweet brandy, some bourbon.

My life, what a wonderful colour. Barrel aged aroma is really pronounced, with both brandy and whisky notes, plus a hint of yeast. The boozy notes carry into the flavour, but there's also fig and dried fruit, and just enough Belgian goodness. Oof!

Wat doe je op een donderdagavond als je de koelkast zonder alcoholhoudende bieren 2025 in wilt loodsen. Ik opende deze Wander Beyond BA quadrupel. Waarom heb ik dit bier zolang laten staan? Het alcoholpercentage schrok me af, maar wat een lekker bier.

My last can of this and no longer produced. Sad times. Amazing port wine colour with the port influence apparent in the flavour also. Pours heavy, vinous boozy nose, but sweet and fruity to taste. Awesome.
