Dolis is brewed with a combination of specialty malts, Peruvian cacao nibs and vanilla to create a rich and luxurious imperial stout. Strong flavours of dark chocolate and roasted malt characteristics contrast with sweeter notes of vanilla.
The name and artwork for Dolis is inspired by our designer Tina's favourite moorland crag and one of it's classic f6c boulder problems. Tina enjoyed this climb so much at the weekend, she came to work on Monday and put it on a can! This technical climb has a mix of strong and flexy moves but she says it's the beautiful isolated location that gives it its charm.
