Pacific Pils

Right in my wheelhouse. Light crispy hoppy pilsner goodness. I hope these become the next big thing cause they are delish and I’ve had all the breaky juice I can hack.

At the better end of the price range in the crafty shop ($4), and a real banger. Delicate hops and a nice malt base. Fresh as. Reminds me of the Keller pils I made. Apparently the yeast did their thing to music. Look up metabolomics. 🤣

Great to visit Newrybar and Harvest cafe again.. awesome place even with too many Byron types visiting.. Lovely pilsner. Not too sweet like the ale and not another IPA!!

This pils had Classical music. Thank god not Heavy Metal... clean and the usual pils profile like a dreadlocked-vendour's incense burning outfront of his discount variety store - confronting but ok once you are in.
