Matt Dailey: The kit I was looking at before had a 5 gallon kettle but I can replace that pretty easily. It was from Northern Brewer out of Wisconsin.
Matt Dailey: That's perfect! My dad's got a fryer and kettle he told me I could have. Good call Andrew.
Nathan Burch: Ya. Turkey frier be your best way in like andrew said. U need to come brew with me lol not today roads are bad
Matt Dailey: Yeah not today I worked all night and have again tonight. I have off Wednesday through Friday.
Matt Dailey: And every other Saturday
Nathan Burch: just let me know and we will try to get together....I get very busy with baseball soon so it will have to be planned.....

Love it! Just the right level of sour and tart
Nathan Burch: maybe just a touch drier next batch
The can was labeled Imp Pale Ale. Definitely peaches. Don't feel Imperial which aligns with the 5.5%. Barely sour. Drinks well.
