Looking back at the first bottle this wasn’t my favorite, but aging it 2.5 yrs didn’t do it any favors. It’s ok, has a weird finish. Enjoy the smell but the taste is a solid “meh”

A bit strange, malt profile likely better fresh...generally don't prefer a non-stout aged more than a year. maple/whiskey forward but grain profile feels a bit diminished.
