VT going new school for a moment by dry-hopping with lots of American hops. The Idaho7 and Mosaic on top of Cascade is pure fruit salad meets WCIPA magic. I'm loving this WC Pils thing.

Peter Hauschild: Rather than trying to clean up a WCIPA using malt adjunct and fermentation temp (cold IPA), or using lager yeast on an IPA (IPL), just take the already light dry clean pils base and dry hop copiously with American hops.

Peter Hauschild: These styles all seek to do similar things. Deliver a light , poundy, dry, hop forward beer that lacks the sugary stuff that wears you out. I like them all for different reasons, but I think WC Pils gets closest to that goal.
